Inside South Africa
GBM makes use of REGISTERED MAIL delivery to post office counter. This cost is not included in the price of items purchased.

Allow 5-7 working days for delivery. A tracking number will be e-mailed to customer as soon as parcel has been dispatched in order to claim the parcel at destination post office counter.

International
Goods to all international destinations sent via registered airmail parcel post.

A tracking number is obtained with dispatch of goods and e-mailed to customer.

GBM takes no responsibility for parcels lost in the mail.

We will however assist as far as possible from our side to try and track the parcel with the help of the SA post office.

Delivery usually takes place 2-3 weeks after dispatch- however, seasonal peaks and delays at customs etc. is out of the control of GBM and deliveries may take up to 12 weeks.

It is possible to courier goods to international addresses (excl. Africa). The costs are determined on an ad hoc basis. Note that such costs are normally very high.

Delays and cancellations
GBM makes every effort to assure that the information supplied on the site is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform the buyer.

Return Policy
GBM takes great care in the packaging of items to ensure safe intact arrival at destinations. GBM can not be held responsible for damaged DVD covers as a result of post office mishandling. Should you be in receipt of a faulty DVD as result of a possible manufacturing fault, please e-mail GBMusiek at info@caspershop.co.za. In such rare cases the customer is requested to mail the faulty DVD back to GBM, Suite 382, Private Bag X09, Weltevredenpark, 1715 via normal parcel mail. A replacement DVD will be sent to the customer via REGISTERED MAIL.
